Worst bank by a country mile. They would not honor the terms and conditions when opening accounts. Never again.
I've had my business account here for a few years. I love this bank. Very friendly and they are always willing to help.
So disappointed with this new banking system. I set up instant payments to be removed on Friday mornings when I get paid (though my company puts payroll in on Wednesday). Worked for months. My money moves fast and I like knowing what's mine after it clears. For some reason, one I call NSF fees, the system decided to post the debit at 4am to collect a NSF fee and then place my payroll credit at 5am. They did this two weeks straight ($70+). We joined Yadkin Bank and it was great! First National bought out Yadkin and what a disappointment!! We stayed because we liked knowing everyone and that "small town" feel but that quickly changed. We finally had enough of their "big bank" ways and left. I am soooo glad we finally did!
