I started the process for a Home Equity Loan on July 2nd with First National Bank of Timonium MD. It is now almost 8 weeks later and they are still working on the loan. It is more the underwriting department that i am giving the lowest possible rating for rather than this particular branch. The under writing department does seem to care at all how long it is taken.
