The Mt. Pleasant office is amazing! they have always handled all my banking needs in a timing fashion and with great customer service, even with my last minute needs. I would high recommend going to this branch the team is awesome.
Great bank. Amy, Megan and Ryan are wonderful and always help us out quickly and efficiently.
Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Customer service is nonexistent, emails are ignored, and their app is archaic and never works. They charge fees for everything—depositing, transferring, even withdrawing your own money. Do yourself a favor and pick literally any other bank besides First National.
