I called today and asked if they had a notary avaliable. They told me yes. And I also asked if I had to be a member with the bank to come have something notarized. They told me I didn't have to be. But failed to disclose that there was a fee until after I got there and pulled my toddler our of the car. Just to have to leave and put him right back in due to them failing to disclose non members have to pay a fee. It would have been nice to know before coming in.
