Errors all New Years Day and couldn't use my debit card. Balance was correct then wasn't correct then error message on app. Can't rely on their app or systems. Has happened before similar to this. Going to change banks with for my direct deposit accounts.
So far great customer service and very accommodating;)
I still haven’t got paid yet😂😂😂 but first national bank is a wonderful bank employees or very helpful and they’re just wonderful
