Slowest banking service on the eastern seaboard hands down. Stood in line so long people behind me thought I had died standing up. If you value your time do not bank here. They clearly do not.
Unacceptable wait times especially considering they just closed an entire bank. Staff your drive through properly. It shouldn't take 10 mins to cash a check with no one in front of me.
