Terrible bank. Payed off my car loan and they proceeded to send me late fees after. Once I called to find out what was going on they said I had a lapse in insurance over a year ago? After checking I’ve never had a lapse in insurance and have had the same company the entire time. They even told me who the company was on the phone. Now they need declarations and for me to prove I had insurance. It’s insane that they were ok saying nothing until it was time to close the loan. I will never work with FNB again.
