The people here are amazing. A true hometown bank who cares about their customers. I love my bank.
I've said it a dozen times but it bears repeating again. Thanks to You and to Union Bank for being available and for all of the help that you have extended to small businesses before and especially during the 2020 Pandemic. The speed in which you helped us with anything that came up last year is almost unheard of in this day and time. I'm proud to shout from the rooftop that I bank with Union Bank!
I've been a customer since they opened the Roxboro location. They have always been helpful and customer oriented. I haven't had a single issue we weren't able to get resolved quickly and satisfactorily.
Very nice people there but sadly I have found that building years of loyalty and history at Union bank is of lesser value than what comes out of the end of my cat. I say that because what comes out of my cat can at least be fertilizer for plants. This is not the first time a larger business "Little Bank" has merged with a smaller business and TRASHED it.
