Great bank They're always nice and patient I've went there a few times now and each time I seen smiles and helpfulness from the people behind the desk
Customer service is terrible. Waited at the drive thru window for at least 15 minutes, then watched them inside talk to other customers without acknowledging others. Very slow and unprofessional.
