The customer service I received was absolutely horrible. No empathy or compassion. One lady with a certain name was the ring leader of the situation and showed 0 care in the world about what I was experiencing. This was the Belfast, Maine branch to clarify. Customer service for the bank out of Bangor, Maine was wonderful.
