They just shut down your card any time they feel like it whenever you make a normal purchase and then they claim it’s fraud alert! Yet they let ACTUAL scammers steal your money. I’ve had them shut off my card at least 3 times a month regularly without notice! It should be illegal!
Ordered about 6 items from a website I always order from (individual payments per item same site) and they shut my card down for fraud even though the most expensive item reached a little over $7. Its was around 1pm on a Saturday when this happened and it's happened before, but when I called they wouldn't/couldn't reactivate my card this time for some reason, when like I said they had before.!? They passed me around on a phone call making me answer the same question over and over and basically said tough luck get your card r... read more

They’re way of protection is just taking away your personal access to ur account and leaving you stranded with no way to access any money I’m better off walking around with cash in my pockets and risking getting robbed
