As a small business owner I can say they are one of the most difficult banks I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Seems like about a year ago policy changed and suddenly every thing is difficult. The app is clunky, I’ve never been able to get ahold of a VP and as far as I can tell there is only one branch that has loan officers. Very difficult bank to do business with. There are better options locally. They literally canceled my account over a review, and critiques about their ATM fees and anti-consumer policies.

This bank is anti-consumer, every policy seems geared towards collecting fees and hurting customers. The ATM will charge up to 15% for a withdrawal. I’ve been banking with them for years and still they take forever on checks clearing and usually force me to wait in store while they call the other bank to verify funds. At some point there is just no need for all of this. Especially if I’ve been banking there for years. The app is also very clunky and doesn’t appropriately show when funds are going be available.
