My wife and myself have been dealing with this bank for a couple of years now it is where I have my military retirement deposit and we have two accounts.. here recently with out authority or permission they have been allowing it to overdraft due to one of our bills that was on auto pay, which we have since corrected… but after verbal notification from us to them, told them to stop overdrafting… they let it happen again and put us in the negative….
