This is going to be a hard pass. Tried going in there to open up a bank account with my $40k lawsuit check and they didn’t even want to try to help me. The Hispanic banker didn’t even look happy to be there.
There has been multiple problems since switching to Investar. Would not recommend seeing as they froze my card without permission several times.
Brandi was very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. She made the whole process simple and answered all of my questions. I really appreciate her help and would definitely recommend working with her.
They are very unprofessional they don't treat you like family I don't recommend them at all.
