As a small business we have been very pleased with the support and service we have received at 1st National Bank in Rustburg! The friendly staff is icing on the cake:)
I have been banking here for quite a while now. In September, banking with this bank has been almost impossible. Now their hours are set, so anyone working your day to day 9 -5 job has little to no opportunity to make it in or use the drive thru. Not to mention, the deposit option on the atm takes 3 days to even register your deposit pending. They don't mention that when you make your deposit via atm. So disappointed in then service received. Today I went in and took 2 ziploc baggies of change and they said we can't take you... read more
