Tried to open an account online to buy a CD. Kept asking for my CD certificate number that I hadn’t purchased yet. Way too much trouble. I’ll go somewhere else.

My mother in law had a long time account with them she is a 75 yr old alsheimers patient a few weeks ago I went to make a deposit in to her account and was told I could not because the account had been closed later my wife called to find out why and descoverd it was due to a 1.00 overdraft her social security check was sent back as we're most of her bills that were set to come directly out of the account causing utillitys to be cut off as well as having to get her to make a trip to Tyler that she could not understand why she... read more
