Nice, but not impressed with the customer service.They tell you not to use the buzzer I the drive thru...just sit there till the see you????
My close friend waited 2 weeks for a replacement card for a stolen debit card. They proceeded to give me a card with the same information which was flagged. I waited 2 weeks to get this card!!! I even specifically asked for a new number. After informing them of their error they gave me a temp card. But guess what? The temp card doesn't work either! It won't activate or anything. Now I've been waiting for the manager to call me back for over 30 minutes and I'm done with it. I'm going to another bank, I'm tired of being treate... read more
Super nice but no follow up.
First National Bank in Cape Saint Claire is excellent. The customer service is superb and outstanding. They do not treat you like a large corporate National Bank last time I went in the M&T I was ignored as tellers didn't even acknowledge me. Everyone there has went for above and beyond Call of Duty and really helped me out of a couple situations. Places like this with this excellent a customer service are becoming few and far between.
