The people in person are always really nice. With that being said First National Bank really really disappoints me. There are constant issues with transactions being posted or pending in my account. Some things seem to go through very quickly, other things not so much. The confusing part about that is that the things that oftentimes don't go through quickly are the things that should like a debit transaction where I'm putting my PIN number in and it should be just deducted from my account immediately. I set up an account here in Calis and I have to say I had a great experience opening an account for the first time ever. Lisa helped me through the process with professionalism and friendliness. She explained everything and answered all my questions. Thank you again to Lisa and Jennifer for making my visit to your branch a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Oh and thank you for the suggestion of the Sanwich man down the street, the pastrami sandwich was delicious.
It's a good bank with friendly staff. I definitely recommend the first over the other banks in Calais
