Staff really urged to clock off and had no patience to assist customers. Unfamiliar with bank account rules and policies.
Anyone looking for recent reviews. Note that as of 2025, this bank and this particular location has the worst customer service out of all the banks in the area. Please go elsewhere. I have been a customer at First National Bank in Solon for many years, along with my family, and have always trusted them to do the right thing for their customers. I do my business banking here. This is the best customer service - and the friendliest - I have ever received at a bank. I am making a deposit at 3 minutes till close and they’re just as amazing and professional as ever. I will continue to do all of my business through here and I will also consider moving my personal accounts because I am that happy with the customer service.
Excellent bank to work with. Nice managers and excellent employees. Kathy is one of the best tellers I have encountered over my years of banking! Thank you guys for always being so pleasant to deal with.
