At first I gave a very lengthy & negative review after dealing with Karen the Assistant Manager for over a month in person, emails, calls, jumping through hoops for no reason, and her overall hostile/surly customer service. Then I got in contact with Jessy and she fixed my issues in one day. She's extremely pleasant and efficient...so I am amending my review and I would only recommend speaking with Jessy if you plan on using this branch.
I ran a HELOC through Jessy McShane at this branch and she was amazing. Quick responses, had all the answers, flexible, friendly, a four tool superstar. I would not hesitate to use this bank again.
Negative stars. This bank will put you through hell for no reason. If/when when you open a CD account, containing twice the amount that they state they have "preapproved you for" a credit card, they waste no time hitting your credit. (It's not even a pre-approval at this point) Credit inquiry, sure, that's to be expected. However, with an exceptional credit score and over a month now of back and forth in person, phone calls, and emails. I had less issues back when it was Baltimore County Savings Bank years ago. Mobile app super finicky, I call the bank for assistance and get told to call customer service.
