The tellers at the Dundalk MD office is unfriendly like they don't have time to assist with your problems and concerns I had a penny taken out of my account and FNB charged me $37 because of the overdraft on that.This company is unfair, unfriendly and nobody wants to answer the phones. They put me on hold until after they closed and I had to hang up. I will be looking for another bank. Howard Bank was much better!
This is not a bank that you want to borrow money from. My home was paid off but I needed to borrow money for urgent repairs. I applied for a mortgage loan. The bank sent someone to do an appraisal and everything was going well. I was approved for a loan and I was happy with the interest rate and the payments. The manager who was wonderful to work with sent me an email with the interest rate and payment and she scheduled a date for me to sign the paperwork. I had to take off work to do this. Jessie and Karen were excellent in helping me get a home equity loan for the addition I needed to put on my home. They were the best option in my opinion. I checked with a few others. The process to me seemed easier then some I have had in the past. They helped me achieve my financial goal or else I would not been able to do it. I recommend them! I spoke with a few other people at this branch and they were great too. Thanks again!

At first I gave a very lengthy & negative review after dealing with Karen the Assistant Manager for over a month in person, emails, calls, jumping through hoops for no reason, and her overall hostile/surly customer service. Then I got in contact with Jessy and she fixed my issues in one day. She's extremely pleasant and efficient...so I am amending my review and I would only recommend speaking with Jessy if you plan on using this branch.
