I've been with them from the time they first opened in Dundalk. I've had no problems. And I hope It stays this way.
If you like feeling like you are banking in the year 89 BC I recommend this bank if you can call this establishment a bank. - one star.
Really bad experience yesterday with the young teller. After so many years of keeping my money in this bank it was very disappointing
i feel bc of my color they had me waiting in line for about 15 mins but when people of color came inside they assisted them immediately, i really don’t like that. I only come to this bank to cash my check because my job deals with them but i will definitely not come back to this location.
The tellers at the Dundalk MD office is unfriendly like they don't have time to assist with your problems and concerns I had a penny taken out of my account and FNB charged me $37 because of the overdraft on that.This company is unfair, unfriendly and nobody wants to answer the phones. They put me on hold until after they closed and I had to hang up. I will be looking for another bank. Howard Bank was much better!
