This is hands down the worst banking experience I have ever endured. Without getting into too much detail, there was an issue with my account regarding access to my funds. Calling the customer service number did not remedy the situation as no one returned my call as promised. Upon visiting the branch in person, the employees attempted to assist me, but could not fix the issue. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT go to this bank and use their ATM because you may put money in it and it doesn't credit it to your account nor does it give the money back!!!! And when that happens this bank can't do anything about it because they do not have access to it! How do you have an ATM outside of the bank and you can't get it? Oh I know because they can barely handle the job they already have! Makes sense!
