This is hands down the worst banking experience I have ever endured. Without getting into too much detail, there was an issue with my account regarding access to my funds. Calling the customer service number did not remedy the situation as no one returned my call as promised. Upon visiting the branch in person, the employees attempted to assist me, but could not fix the issue.
