Do not waste your time with this bank. I couldn’t cash a check with mine and my husbands name on the check and then instead of asking for him to come to show his ID I was asked why if I was married that me and my husband don’t have a joint account. He had previously left the same bank because of issues he’d had. I have never felt as much of an innocence to a place as I have to my own bank. 14-21 days to get a bank card for a new account. What a joke!
This place has always been very helpful and friendly. Best bank in Monroe in my opinion. 💕
My fiance recently opened a account with First National. I don't advise this bank to anyone. We've tried to order food on the Walmart app card was declined and a hold on the money said it will go back on the card in 10 business days, that's just the beginning. He's closing his account
