Always very helpful the woman who work at this branch here in Monroe NC. The place is always clean and you don't have to wait long at all in line since they have multiple people working there. Been a member of this bank for 21 years.
Worst customer service ever !! I made a deposit on the mobile app and paid the extra to have it immediately available and it has been three days still not in my account. Have been given no updates and Renee from the branch want call me back. Also reached out to 1-800 all they can say is they are aware of the problem but no clue when it will be fixed. Meanwhile I still do not have my money in my account to pay my bills. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
