The 2.7 star review speaks for itself. Suzette i think her name was the Asian lady who does Mortgage loans is very non-compassionate, ,RUDE, and enjoys telling you no. Never use this bank for a mortgage or account. She was one of the worst people I've ever dealt with in my entire life. What a nightmare
Nicely rude. Not everyone is, but apparently, legally, they do not have to let you use the bathroom, even if you have an account and are a member. No public restrooms. Have a meeting to set up an account, but use the restroom elsewhere.
