Samantha Grubb is employed at the main downtown Lexington, NC My wallet containing my checks and ledger was stolen. It was a nightmare for me ! Ms. Grubb straightened out my account and assisted me with other things, as well. She is an employee who should be recognized by FNB as being outstanding. Thank you, Samantha !
This bank is a joke. They break the law my not cashing a check written from their bank. They make excuses about some bank policy. DO NOT BANK WITH THESE THIEVES. Rude, unwilling to do their job.
Incredible! No parking for customers. Rare you see something like this. 3 lines for drive through, parking for employees only....but fk the customers. I drove around 2 times. I couldn't park. I left . They are definitely not worth my business
Bank is awful, reorganizes transactions to screw you, has all kinds of loopholes to charge overdrafts, which change all the time.
