Thought small town banking would be better. Turns out not so much. Only had the acct 2 months. Took 2 weeks to get the debit card and it was over a long weekend so it was hard to get to any funds. Recently there was a double charge and when i called to find out what was happening, small town friendly, made to do the work myself to call the merchant (2 hours later) to find out it was indeed a banking error.
