Used the bank's ATM which gave me only $10 bills. Asked if I could exchange the stack of $10s for $100 bills to make it easier to carry and was told unless I was a bank customer, they couldn't exchange them for me. If you can't help with a simple request after using your ATM before I'm a customer, why would I bother becoming a customer? Poor service.
