We bought a house at the end of February- even before closing there were issues with communication. Then their people delayed our closing. Now I get notification that they have yet to pay our Homeowners Insurance. I spent 36 min on hold only to be transferred to a department that closed at 5pm. I am looking into every option to refinance with another entity as soon as possible.
