Commercial Bank of Texas took over this branch on 5-18-20. I do suggest that you check what account type you have been changed over to and the associated fees with that new account type. They may have services and an account type that works for you but certainly not for me. I do not appreciate the lack of notice in the change (less than 2 weeks) of not only all my account types but account numbers as well. Again check the fee schedule and make sure it works for you.

This bank sucks so much. The employees are rude and are no help. Their system is always down, i have to go days without paying bills , i call and the lady answers super rude. You need new employees and a better system.

The manager here is Amazing! So helpful, kind, and smiling everytime I see her. The staff at this location unfortunately are very un welcoming. I feel awkward like im a bother to them and dont really like to come up here because of it. Maybe they arent trying to be rude maybe they are. Im not sure, but a smile and good attitude can make a world of difference in customer service.

If you are a person of color I would not reccomend this Bank. I was type casted the moment I walked in and was talked to as if I never been to a bank before. The staff was also VERY unhelpful.
