Horrible customer service. I was in a No fault accident in their parking lot where another person backed into my vehicle and then contested it later. I tried to find out multiple times if it was recorded on any video surveillance and I could not even get them to respond. Not even a simple yes or no. They just showed how little they care about their customers. If there’s no money in it for them, forget about any common courtesy.
