Horrible customer service. I was in a No fault accident in their parking lot where another person backed into my vehicle and then contested it later. I tried to find out multiple times if it was recorded on any video surveillance and I could not even get them to respond. Not even a simple yes or no. They just showed how little they care about their customers. If there’s no money in it for them, forget about any common courtesy.

Very convenient location compared to PNC in Oakmont for me. In and out so much faster and less traffic. Also the ATM is 3 times faster.
