The teller told me checks were free, so I ordered some checks. However, the checks cost around $30 which brought me to a negative balance in my account. Then, on top of that I was charged another $30 overdraft fee. When I asked the teller to refined the overdraft fee because she told me to check for free, she lied to my face and told me she never said that.

I have never had an issue with the New Ken. location. All the employees are kind, friendly and respectful. They are professional and never socializing with each other in front of customers.

I used to have accounts with them, but haven’t in a couple years but I’ll never go back after today. I was parked in a parking spot which did not say bank parking only or employee parking. I have a woman who claimed to be the manager rudely insist that I move. I say claim to be because I can’t believe a banking institution would put someone that rude in charge.
