I visited this branch today for the second time. I normally used the tarentum bridge location, which was my absolute favorite location. There was no parking upfront nor in the back so I went through the drive-through. After the teller helped me I was rudely told from now on I needed to go inside because I had two transactions. Didn’t even offer me a first time forgiveness for an overdraft that I made by mistake
The teller told me checks were free, so I ordered some checks. However, the checks cost around $30 which brought me to a negative balance in my account. Then, on top of that I was charged another $30 overdraft fee. When I asked the teller to refined the overdraft fee because she told me to check for free, she lied to my face and told me she never said that.
I have never had an issue with the New Ken. location. All the employees are kind, friendly and respectful. They are professional and never socializing with each other in front of customers.
