DO NOT GET AN AUTO LOAN FROM FNB!!! I will NEVER do business with FNB ever again. Refinanced my FNB auto loan to NFCU and was quoted a 10 day payoff. NFCU cut a check on day 4 of 10 and was supposed to get a credit of $70-$100 but after 4 weeks I was told I owe FNB $79 and they refuse to fix this. Now I have to settle in small claims court.
NOT good customer service at all. They only want to do deposits and check cashing there. There is more to banking than that. Used to be when you had a problem or issue and the teller couldn’t help then they would say “ let me find someone who can help you” or “let me see what I can find out for you”.. not at this branch , all I got was “we don’t handle that here”. Very , very poor customer service
