I love the staff here they always have a smile on their faces and ready to work on anything you need!! The tellers are wonderful people!! Working with the public isn’t easy and I admire their dedication and ability to stay focused and positive even on the first of the month!!
Staff suddenly has forgotten who I am after showing up to cash my check every Wednesday for over a year and now feels the need to question my identity every week even though it is THE SAME TELLER EVERY TIME. I also have had increasing wait times at the drive-thru in the past month, up to 15 minutes. This has never been a problem here in all the years I've used FNB.
