See my check-in regarding the snarky old lady with short white hair. Receiving that kind of treatment while having multiple personal and business accounts there is unacceptable. I hear the last assistant manager is under federal charges? This new assistant manager has had multiple chances to introduce herself to customers during busy times but has chosen to obviously ignore us as if she is too busy to speak.
