Very rude staff, dont know who hired them and every unprofessional!!! When we wanted to open a checking account we came multiple days no one was able to help what do you call yourself a bank for? Lady told us ok bye! with a disgusting attitude when we left. Have a better attitude and greet customers better next time
Not a customer but was able to cash bonds for my daughter’s college fund at FNB. Melinda was very helpful and courteous in the process. Daughter made similar comment after experience and would consider banking with them in the future.
Looks they are helpful
Incompetent, rude staff. I happily severed my relationship with FNB shortly after their acquisition of Howard Bank. Good riddance!
