I am extremely frustrated with the repeated treatment I receive at First National Bank. I am an authorized user on a business account, yet every time I attempt to cash a check or withdraw money, I am treated as if I have no authority on the account. Staff ask unnecessary and irrelevant questions, delay the process, and insist on calling multiple other people on the account to “verify” me — despite my name being clearly listed. My daughter and I visited the Towson Branch to conduct a few business matters and the customer service that we received was outstanding!
