I would give 0 stars if I could. First they had a data breach which made me mad enough to close my one and only account. This account has been untouched for years. When I went in to remove the funds they told me it was a "dormant" account. Then they said I had been charged a service charge. I asked how much and was told $10. Then they said $10/ month. Staff are always welcoming and helpful.
Tellers are not friendly and do not greet customers except for one woman of color who sits closer to the waiting area. So sorry I didn’t get her name but the other two tellers were just rude! That was the 3rd time I visited the branch and the two rude tellers look miserable and unapproachable! Heads down and don’t even acknowledge you upon entering the door! I’m closing my account and going with PNC Bank. It’s so uncomfortable and weird that those two are so disconnected while at “work”
I order ones for my local small business at this branch every weekend. They seem very professional and diligent. There is allot of very nice people working there. These bad comments are false and most likely from very low IQ people.
How does a bank put money in your account (the same amount as your expecting). Take it out putting you in the negative, take the other money. THEN THE branch manager said after you wait 20 days and start the fresh start program you will get it back. But nope nothing but lies. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
