I would give 0 stars if I could. First they had a data breach which made me mad enough to close my one and only account. This account has been untouched for years. When I went in to remove the funds they told me it was a "dormant" account. Then they said I had been charged a service charge. I asked how much and was told $10. Then they said $10/ month. I asked when that started as they no longer sent statements. They said I had been notified even though I told them I had not been notified. They charged me $10/ month since at ... read more

Tellers are not friendly and do not greet customers except for one woman of color who sits closer to the waiting area. So sorry I didn’t get her name but the other two tellers were just rude! That was the 3rd time I visited the branch and the two rude tellers look miserable and unapproachable! Heads down and don’t even acknowledge you upon entering the door! I’m closing my account and going with PNC Bank. It’s so uncomfortable and weird that those two are so disconnected while at “work”
