Tellers are not friendly and do not greet customers except for one woman of color who sits closer to the waiting area. So sorry I didn’t get her name but the other two tellers were just rude! That was the 3rd time I visited the branch and the two rude tellers look miserable and unapproachable! Heads down and don’t even acknowledge you upon entering the door! I’m closing my account and going with PNC Bank. It’s so uncomfortable and weird that those two are so disconnected while at “work”
I order ones for my local small business at this branch every weekend. They seem very professional and diligent. There is allot of very nice people working there. These bad comments are false and most likely from very low IQ people.
How does a bank put money in your account (the same amount as your expecting). Take it out putting you in the negative, take the other money. THEN THE branch manager said after you wait 20 days and start the fresh start program you will get it back. But nope nothing but lies. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
I hate this bank I have it for my carnote and it's been horrible! Why you can't link your current bank with their to make payments which every carnote I ever had has that feature ,with this bank you can only physically go there to pay , open a account with them an put your money there or mail in payments which isn't a sure thing if you look at your choices you will see your basically being forced into a bank account with them they are very shady ! I'm so mad that I'm stuck with FNB for my car payment. I do to FNB once a month to pay it, and I'm reminded why I won't bank with them everytime 🙄 Today, their system is down.
