Use of their Accel network ATM is suppose to be surcharge free for my Credit Union. However, they tacked on a $3.95 fee when I used it. I'm sure my CU will credit that, but this absurdly high fee is precisely why I stay away banks.

I have had an account with this bank for 34 years. I have always been very happy with them.
I asked them to close my account 3 different times and they did not now i am receiving letters in the mail saying I owe money for paper statements along with overdraft fees. This is ridiculous i will never bank here again. Then the over draft fees carried onto the new account i opened with them. All the bank cares about is how much they can steal from you.
