Small Town bank. Love the staff
Great local bank for my mom. Friendly staff that knows my mom on a personal level. Been servicing her for over 25 years or more.
Very poor customer service. Called on behalf of my father. My mother passed away 2 days before her social security check was deposited and the bank sent it back. Anyone who knows the SS, their benefits are paid 1 month behind. She lived 15 days of the month. The government says as long as she was alive on the 3rd, she gets her money. The lady at the bank argued with me that SS notified them of my mother’s passing and that’s why they sent the check back.
