Every time I stop at this bank, it takes 20 minutes to get service and then it is subpar. The younger tellers are more polite and the older women are condescending and fake. I’d rather go out of my way to go to the New Kensington branch or any other branch and get great service, quicker.
I regret banking here. Much of the same has happened to me here. Same ignorant looks... terrible with handling money n checks. Not worth it. All my other banks treat me better
