First National Bank has terrible service and is impolite in customer interactions. I asked a question about a check and was made to feel a like a fool in front of other customers. They made me feel belittled for asking. They also refused to honor a check from their own institution; they refused to cash and accept the check. If I could give 0 stars I would.
