First National Bank has terrible service and is impolite in customer interactions. I asked a question about a check and was made to feel a like a fool in front of other customers. They made me feel belittled for asking. They also refused to honor a check from their own institution; they refused to cash and accept the check. If I could give 0 stars I would. There is no real reason to use this bank. Run. Run far away!! There are better choices. FNB is poorly run and treats people like dollars to be exploited, rather than human... read more
Susan and the team at Triangle drive are fantastic. Easiest banking experience I have ever had.
Horrible customer service! And not at all about servicing people in there community! Will NEVER give my money again to this bank! Use credit unions...they care more about your business with them!
