Susan is an absolute horrible manager and does not care about the customers, only the company. I am self employed and the majority of my business is cash based. If you are self employed and deposit cash, don’t go here. Susan will close your accounts and not work with you. On the other side, Sam and Michele are excellent. Always very knowledgeable, kind, and quick service. It is a shame First National Bank doesn’t recognize one of them and promote them.
