not charge overdraft fees on fraud.. We had someone bill our account without our permission, then refund the money because they relized they didnt have permission. bank still charged 37 dollars.
I use to think it was a very good and trust worthy Bank, however with a recent issue with my account I had to stop my direct deposit for my account and will no longer do business there is will not be ripped off money I don't owe to ridiculous fees that are yours and not mine to pay I do not recommend this bank to anyone and won't do it again.
Corp customer service said the answer was to close our accts!That's what we get for trying to stay local!!! Worst bank ever!!
The drive through of this branch is by far the worst drive through of any branch of any bank on the planet. Pretty sad when its way quicker to just go in
Just so everyone knows.... The bank claims I didn't opt out for overdraft on my ATM card.... .25 cents turned into 136.00. I am very disappointed in there services. Never in my 40 years, have I been treated so poorly by a bank. Every loan in my life has been through this bank, ECT. DONE. Never will I do any business again with this corporation. Quess hometown banking doesn't mean anything these days. Send a letter two weeks after the 25 cents overdraft. That is so convenient. But hey that's how the screw the working man. I R... read more
