Apparently the branch manager AND the assistant manager both choose to come and go when they want to instead of taking care of their job responsibilities including training, while getting paid to do so. Don't ever lie to a customer and not learn from your mistakes. Be honest, be upfront and don't mislead your customers. You won't last long if you don't.
