FNB needs to come up with better ways to pay our car loans. I have to take time out of work to drive a half hour to the closest FNB to just pay my car payment and i feel i dont need to create a account for a bank thats no where near me to make it easier. It takes twice as long for check payments to get sent and processed resulting in payments being late and i get penalized for it. It shouldnt matter who i bank with, i should be able to connect any bank i wish to my car loan to make payments easier. I've called multiple times... read more
I rarely take the time out to leave reviews buy in this case i have to. Branch manager Marc Brokenbek is the most kind helpful and knowledgeable in the banking industry! I highly recommend the RT 30 Latrobe branch as service is always top notch.
