Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes and couldn't get waited on. Watched another customer walk in and get waited on before me. Hit the call button and still couldn't get waited on after sitting there even longer. I wasnt taking my child out in the cold to go into the bank. Saw a teller, who saw me sitting there too. I was annoyed and left. I'll go to another branch next time.
