I don't have any issue/concern with the bank/company except they keep selling & changing the name every few yrs🥴. At this exact location there is an issue/concern with the older (50-60's) tall white woman teller with glasses. I rarely (like every few months) go to this location. She is one of the rudest tellers I have ever encountered. I will update this when I get her name. The most inattentive bank I have ever dealt with. I moved because BOA charges $25.00 a month service charge. But they treat me with kindness and respect. I am so out of there.
Worst Banking Experience I have ever had. They seem not to care about the customer regardless of how long you have been banking with them.
