Worst Banking Experience I have ever had. They seem not to care about the customer regardless of how long you have been banking with them.
I’ve used this bank since 2018/2019. My issue is with this particular location. I go in at least once per month and they have one of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. I wish I knew her name, she is an older (60s?) white woman with short grey hair and glasses. She is always, curt, snappy and comes off, frankly, racist. On top of this, she clearly hates her job and the customers, and yet, she is always training the (presumably) new staff. They only have 1 teller working and she is so slow. Waited in drive-thru for over 15 minutes because there was 1 customer inside the branch. Wasn't even acknowledged until after waiting 10 minutes. They either need more staff or someone who can handle the job. Basic customer service isn't hard

Who ever the extra old white haired lady is, is RUDE. Second time dealing with her. Gross display of customer service. Send her home and keep her there. Don't let her deal with people
