So friendly and helpful, I've been banking here for years and they are always great.

Very rude employees at this location. I should have stuck to the location in Fuquay, but I was in the area. Never again!
Maybe it was just a bad day but no excuses! I had the pleasure if meeting a teller after the passing of my mom. The courts from a different state petition for me to get statements from the banks, in order to handle some business. I went to the bank, expecting some help in guidance with this situation, but that's not what happened. The main thing that bothered me was I asked for the teller to get more information from somebody else that may understand my situation, but she refused.
