Huge footprint that apparently been at this location as a bank for some time. It is a corner location but no easy in/out. The usual smug, far too serious, bank employees doing the deadly serious work of giving you your money back while they use it, interest free, to stay wealth. While banks have positioned themselves to be a necessary evil, I hope someday soon, to see their demise! I only ever use a bank because I'm forced to.
Melodi Gibbs issued a pre-approval letter for a buyer without properly verifying their financial situation, which ultimately led to the financing falling through. As the listing agent involved in the transaction, I attempted to contact her multiple times by phone and voicemail for clarification and received no response. Very disappointing level of communication and professionalism during an active transaction.
Terrible establishment. Deposited cash in their ATM and the ATM spit it back out. When it was returning the cash, several of the bills were jammed up in the ATM. Went inside and spoke to a teller and I was informed that it happened already once the same morning. Contacted the branch and was told that there’s nothing they could do about it. Got absolutely nowhere with them. There are plenty of other banks in the area, go with them.
Everyone there is kind and helpful. I have to drive down from Kannapolis when I have to go in. I have always been treated kindly and quickly.
