We have to come here once a month to make a business deposit-the slow service is actually painful. It doesn’t matter if you go inside or the drive thru-the wait times are ridiculous. We bank for personal and business at STC and have always had phenomenal service, maybe we are just spoiled by our banks great service.
They don't answer the phone.. I called in and was on hold for 35 minutes.. I finally just gave up
Very poor customer service. I went in to get cash from my account. I asked for it a certain way, but did not get it per my request. Pulled up to the 1st lane of the drive up to get money denominations changed. 3 Tellers left at the same time. Several people walked past the drive up while I sat there. Nobody even acknowledged that I was there. I sat there for at least 10 minutes and finally decided to leave.
