Worst telephone customer service ever, though it's no fault of the actual representative. After taking several minutes to navigate the automated to where we would be able to talk to a representative, our estimated wait went from 6 to THIRTY minutes. It was thankfully closer to the 6, but if you didn't hang up and call again, how does it jump like that?
