Manager is not friendly and when you walk in to branch she give you unpleasant welcome feeling and not friendly to talk with. One of the Clark was assisting me and manager walk up between conversations with rude manners. We been doing business with this bank for our business account in different branches but I happen to visit here and changed my prospective.
Avoid this bank & this location as if it were the plague! I opened an acct with FNB, & within 1 week, having not even received my card in the mail, my acct was hacked... I've had the acct for 2 yrs, hacked thrice, & I only use it for savings. FF to this year, it's August & I deposit a check for $800, & go on about my business. 3 months later, I get $800 taken from my account with no contact from the bank. The worst experience I have ever had in any place of business in my entire life. Needed to wire money for a deposit, and all three employees did not know how. Once they got instructions on the phone, I was constantly questioned and harassed about what I was buying. I have never in my life been asked what the money is being sent for. They made me pull up photos of the product and took pictures of it with their phone.
