Avoid this bank & this location as if it were the plague! I opened an acct with FNB, & within 1 week, having not even received my card in the mail, my acct was hacked... I've had the acct for 2 yrs, hacked thrice, & I only use it for savings. The worst experience I have ever had in any place of business in my entire life. Needed to wire money for a deposit, and all three employees did not know how. Once they got instructions on the phone, I was constantly questioned and harassed about what I was buying. I have never in my life been asked what the money is being sent for. They made me pull up photos of the product and took pictures of it with their phone. This bank is terrible. Understaffed and awful service. They dangle promo bonuses and then don't pay up. I followed the fine print perfectly, and they wanted to add a new requirement when I asked why I had not received it. This made me have to go into the branch twice. Once because their call center is worthless. And then again because they won't close accounts any other way but in person.
